Southern Environmental Protection Held a Symposium to Commemorate the August 1st Army Day and Facilitate Exchanges with Retired Military Personnel and Employees.

To warmly celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, further inspire veteran cadres and employees to uphold the Party flag, honor the military emblem, and contribute to the company’s success, and strengthen their sense of honor and pride, Southern Environmental Protection held a symposium on the morning of July 30 to mark the August 1st建军 Day. Participants reminisced about their years of military service, shared stories about their time with Southern Environmental Protection, and looked ahead to the company’s future.

The 7th National Training Course on Funeral Home Construction and Management (2021) Has Officially Commenced.

On May 9, 2021, the seventh session (2021) of the National Training Workshop on Funeral Home Construction and Management, co-organized by Southern Environmental Protection Company, commenced in Jing’an County, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province. Huang Guangming, General Manager of Dacheng State-owned Assets Company, was invited to attend the opening ceremony and deliver a speech, while Yi Shaoping, Deputy General Manager of Dacheng State-owned Assets Company, and Li Zhiping, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, also attended the event.

Article 83 of the Regulations on Disciplinary Measures of the Communist Party of China stipulates that if Party members and cadres accept gifts, cash, consumption cards, or other items that may influence the impartial performance of official duties, those with relatively minor circumstances shall receive a warning or a serious warning; those with more serious circumstances shall be subject to removal from internal Party posts or probation within the Party; and those with extremely serious circumstances shall be expelled from the Party. Any acceptance of other gifts, cash, consumption cards, or similar items that clearly exceed the bounds of normal reciprocal courtesy shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

At the nation’s first Vocational Skills Competition for Funeral Directors, a contestant from our province was awarded the Special Prize.

The practical finals of the “Fifth National Civil Affairs Industry Vocational Skills Competition and the First National Funeral Cremator Vocational Skills Competition,” hosted by the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center, and the Office of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions for Employees’ Technical Associations, and organized by the Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs with support from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs, were held on December 28, 2015, at the Eastern Suburb Funeral Home in Beijing. In accordance with the quota set by the organizing committee, the Social Affairs Division of our department selected and sent two contestants—Cui Xuebin from the Jiujiang City Funeral Management Office and Wei Zhongshan from the Nanchang City Funeral Management Office—to participate in the national finals. Among them, Wei Zhongshan was awarded the Special Prize and the title of “National Technical Expert,” while Cui Xuebin received the Second Prize.

From December 3 to 4, 2015, the Fourth Members’ Congress of the Jiangxi Provincial Funeral Association was held in Jing’an County. Attending the meeting were Gong Jianhui, Deputy Director-General of the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs; Liu Shicheng, Director of the Bureau of Non-Governmental Organizations of the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs; Zhao Dawei, Director of the Social Affairs Division of the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs; and Luo Tiejun, Deputy Director of the same division. Following a vote by all members, Tu Dongsheng, Chairman of Nanchang Hongfu Humanistic Memorial Co., Ltd., was elected President. Additionally, 18 Vice Presidents were elected, including Li Zhiping from our company, Xiong Jianqiang from the Nanchang Municipal Funeral Management Office, and Shen Donglei, General Manager of the Nanchang Xishan Wanshou Cemetery, along with one Secretary-General, Wang Zhilin, 43 Executive Directors, and 73 Directors.
